Biography
Zhang Shunchang is graduated from Dalian Maritime University(D.M.U.) , Computer Science&Technology Academy, Dalian, P.R.China. During the beautiful days in university, he is a server administrator of youth.dlmu.edu.cn and a member of Linux Club of D.M.U. . His study interests include Network Security, Operating Systems, especially the UNIX/Linux-like Operating Systems, and C&Perl programing on UNIX/Linux. The graduation project is The design and practice of C-minus compiler.
He is now a graduate student in Chinese Information Processing Group, Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences for the M.S. degree. And his current interests and research include Information Retrieval, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computational Linguistic, etc.
He takes his internship in Red Flag Linux Software as a GTK+ developer from October 2007 to May 2008. The main jobs are hacking some system applications and porting some opensource software to the Midinux platform.
Now, he does some research on Language Model and Computational Lingustics in the NLP-group of ISCAS.
